Poor service and quality. Forgot to soak my right hand and did nothing to fix it. Overall nail polish was applied shabbily. I had opted for white nail color and even after the manicure, parts of green (old nail color) showed on side. Not a clean job at all since nail color was stuck under my nails in a few fingers. Not cheap either to be providing such low quality service. I usually go to Manicurious but had to go here since I couldn't get an appointment in time. Never coming back!

Great service, friendly staff and the seats & ambience is really cozy... the variety of colors to choose from is also greater than usual places. Be it nails or eyelash extensions, it's a good place to check out.

I asked for a French manicure. Firstly, the manicurist took of some skin and my cuticle started bleeding - which she didn’t even notice. The French manicure was not done well as despite me waiting in the shop for 20 mins and another 30 after it before I touched anything. It more or less started melting. Really terrible value. Not happy at all. It’s in Vivocity and I’m not even sure I can be bothered to go back and complain. It costs extra for French!

This is my new go-to nail salon. I am so happy to have found them. So different to my experience with another nail salon called NP (you can figure out who I’m talking about). esBoudoir service is so good, there are no hard sell or really pushy girls that try to force memberships on you, instead they make you feel completely relaxed and comfortable. When they offer you extra service like a scrub and if you decline, they say no problems and don’t hassle you anymore. The quality of their pedicures are amazing, I did a gel pedi and that lasted me a good 4-5 weeks without chipping or dulling of colour. Even the manicurist was shocked how long it lasted. I think it would have still lasted easily 2 more weeks if I didn’t want the colour changed. I’m a very happy continuing customer. Thanks and keep up the good work.

It was my 3rd time here. I was not satisfied with the service & the result. My second time was the worst but I gave it another try. I came to remove my gel & also to do classic manicure. I started around 3:45pm. And was told by the worker there is takes about 45min actual time to do that. For me it was 1h15m. First the lady that remove my gel was the same one when I was here the second time I came before. She was not doing her job right. The way she work was like she was forced. Despite my nails was not nice after she took out the gel and did the cleaning. I ask again to her to feel my nails, and tell me this was not right, but she say it’s find. The weird part that your customer nails was not ok & been said, but she denied was fine. The manicure set you paid for was to clean the nails and buff shine. But the buff shine was missed out after I have to ask her, so I have to point it out and ask her, I don’t know she understand or not. And again the worker there said sometime people didn't want to buff & shine, and I said so you just assume customer didn’t want to? With the classic manicure it also come with a hand scrub & a lotion. That lady barely put a scrub on my hand and just a spray of water. The service was so bad I didn’t even want to continue doing my pedicure. It took couple of time to ask her that my nails was not shine or buff of better. When I went to the counter to pay again I wanted to speak to manager but the manager was not there. And I ask again about my nails so the other worker fix it. I had this experience when the second time I came. Really not happy with it.

Appointment for eyelash extension with Moon. She is professional & skilful in her work. I love how natural it feels on my eyes and very satisfied overall ?

Wonderful experience. Moon was so gentle and came so highly recommended. She was so gentle and I professional. I love my eyelash extension. I can 100% recommend her at Es Boudoir.

First, it needs to be said how great it is that this place doesn’t hard sell packages!!! ?? Despite it seemingly being commonplace to do so, I’ve never had to refuse constant service add ins or packages and I really appreciate them not being pushy! It’s one of the reasons I keep coming back. Niu and Eboney are both super friendly and great to chat to - they do a fantastic job and always listen to what I want. They are always smiling which is nice to see! I also like that this place has massage chairs and has available appointments at short notice (the only thing I would prefer is a way to book appointments via WhatsApp). I also love the eyebrow threading service here - it’s always done professionally, quickly, and efficiently (while allowing me to sit in my chair)! I wish this place many years of success - it’s nice to see a beauty place that’s been in a business for a while and the staff staying instead of changing all the time.
