You can take this escalator to skip/cheat climbing all the stairs to Fort Canning Park.
The 2nd outdoor escalator I saw in my life!
The other one is in Barcelona Spain going to Parc Guell .
Looks run down and I thought it was not working. Oh Boy, IT MOVED!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A major renovation and revamping of the Farquhar Garden involves an upgrade of this old escalators. (2-ways) A nice shelter has been built with beautiful lightings at night. The sides of the escalators are also endorsed with nice tropical scenery.
