โ โ โ โ โ If you value your time, go elsewhere to get your car washed. Had to wait in line for at least 30 minutes before it was my turn, with no way to quit the queue. Wash didn't turn out cleaner compared to my regular car wash either.

โ โ โ โ โ Esso itself is fine but avoid the car wash at all cost. The service itself is really really slow because there is a single guy washing 2 cars at the same time. It doesn't help when he moves with the speed and urgency of a half awaken sloth. There was a grand total of 3 cars including mine and the whole torment took 30 mins to conclude.
Oh yeah payment is asked in advance with a rude attitude. After taking my payment he went to have a drink and some phonetime before starting the wash.
Really professional.

โ โ โ โ โ the pump assistant is very rude, stare at me and when i ask him if there is anything wrong, he sounded as if like a gangster... that is the reason why i always do the pump myself instead of asking them for help.. they sounded like i owe them a living (not that they owe me, but why take their fustration on me when its my turn at the pump when maybe the previous guy annoyed them...)

โ โ โ โ โ I wanted to pay inside at counter to use my esso smiles card for (1) discount (2) use voucher & (3) collect points.
I specifically told this to the pump attendant but he insist it can be done at the pump itself... Well that's not true...
Long story short..... I feedback to the Indian lady inside (1) she act blur of the existence of the esso smiles card (like what! Everyone have it.... ) (2) said there no such thing of discounts, until I showed her my previous receipts (3) wasn't really helpful & said its the Chinese uncle fault - "the uncle outside there ha? Oooh he like that one la..."
The $20 of saving is not worth to kick up a fuss there & get them in trouble but this is my last time coming here.
Hope the management will train their staff better.

โ โ โ โ โ Pump attendants are fast and efficient.
Location is very convenient.
Only one draw back is a particular cashier, Chinese with specs, who always rush people off.
U had 3 experiences with her which puts me off. I hv probelms with my esso smiles card and dbs co-brand credit card. She just brushed me off and say call hotline. I had 3000+ points all gone down the drain. Didnt even try to help. Tried calling the hotline but also not resolved.
Finally only last week, managed to resilved the issue with a very helpful and knowledgeable Malay lady cashier. She helped me through the whole process.
Will still patronise this station but will definitely avoid that chineae bespectacled auntie cashier. Impatient and not helpful.
