She smiles with pride when adviced not to unload her emotional trauma on customers. Can we place her at another branch ? She does not know how the SMILES card can be used for purchases. I do not mind, but she should not use this fir being disrespectful with each subsequent visit. I was there this evening, pump 6, 20 minutes ago Thank you.
