ESSO KOVAN - 866 Upper Serangoon Rd

Asked for price, the staff said 17sgd for washing and vacuuming. I gave 50sgd and he said no change. Keep pushing me package, polishing and bla bla bla. I think They don't want to do any washing and vacuuming. What can I do? I said, "I will only be back when I have 17sgd in my wallet. So you dont need to give me the change." Bad experience.

Pump attendance was courteous only the cashier counter Chinese lady shouted and quarrelling with 1 uncle pump attendance as they speak in the language..pity the uncle kena scolded and vulgarity all out from that cashier Chinese lady towards him..Hope that outlet manager could sent the lady for Anger Management course..Incident happen in the morning.

Filled up my petrol at this place regularly and all the service staff were all very friendly ! Especially the uncle working today ! Thanks for helping us clean the car thou you don’t have too! Appreciated it !

Did not bother to jet spray the dirt at lower part of the car. When washing, the sponge rubbed the dirt all over the car causing swirl marks. Definitely not coming back.

Terrible car wash, not sure what soap was used, but it affected the paint job of my car, losing its shine. Staff was rude and extremely aggressive. Car was dirtier after the wash with unusual staining. Eventually had to wash the windows with cleaner over a period of time to remove some of the staining. Will require a complete detail of the car. Avoid this car wash at this gas station at all costs.

This is absolutely the worst customer service that my parents experienced in a petrol station (ESSO KOVAN). The pump attendants here differentiate their services based on the brand and type of vehicle that you drive. It's almost a social class division by ESSO. Apparently, if you're driving luxury sedan car, you'll be provided the best assistance, and so on and so forth. You will be brushed away in a a very condescending tone if you require any assistance if you're driving anything apart from sedan cars. The pump attendants will then turn their back and offer their help to incoming sedan cars. And, it happened not once, twice but thrice. Best part - we tried to feedback to ESSO customer relations, and they sent us a standard template (I know bcos they sent twice accidentally with the information of the previous customer) asking for my contact number in order to know more. Replied them, and even tried to follow up but to no avail. Definitely we're not heading back to ESSO when there's other even better petrol station brand out there. Visit this outlet only if you're driving a sedan car, else you'll be asked rudely to self service ;)

Good petrol kiosk, friendly staff.

A very friendly station with the ladies keep asking you to get promotional wines when you billed your petrol.. very persistent ha ha ..
