★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My spouse was so angry cause he was at the counter to make payment and was asked if has rewards cards and he told the cashier, wait let me show you fm the app but suddenly cashier saud, sorry, I did the transaction already. The Elias Esso have few rude and lazy cashiers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most slacked car wash ever ! Less than 5 mins of wash for $11. Only when i got home under the sun then i realized there had not been any actual cleaning. The guy just poured soap and water over it since all the pre wash stains still there. My first and last !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 22/1 Sat 1410 pm when making payment with my esso card. The auntie short hair wearing specs did not check and swipe my discount and when making payment I found out and notify her. Instead of apology she blame the system unable to read my card but the fact is she did not swipe. I told her if I did not check n pay blindly then how.. Instead of apology she rant say she will pay... What a attitude your staff.. So it means we customer should check and cannot rely on the cashier.. Disgrace of service this petrol kisok staff. Management need to sent her to upgrade her knowledge.
