I had a very pleasant experience in the whole process from enquiry, viewing, clarification and transaction. Smooth process, great service. Sincerity and helpfulness of service personnel (Ms May Ng) and the unassuming and excellent personality of the lady boss (Ms Coleen) who gave sincere attention to my concerns during the whole purchasing process (though I was not buying a high-end car) had truly impressed me. He explained all process involved especially financial part very clearly when we met up. I purchased a car from Esteem and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the car delivered. Aaron did take note on my minor comments on the car and rectify it at his best. Highly recommended! Lady Boss (Coleen) was so kind as she will always share with us more knowledge about the market trend instead of hard sell. Totally make the buying experience better and easier for first time buyer. Han Pink was very helpful as he will be always ready to assist in loan part and make it stress-free. And another salesperson, we couldn't get her name, she was also fantastic as willing to share more information on the things we're not sure. Well done team!
