Contact Esun Pest to handle 2 cases recently. 1. For infestation of ticks at my friend's place that was tenanted. 2. For infestation of termites at my place Quotations are very reasonable. Service and communication from their admin team to pest experts were excellent! For case 2 - Azman came down on a saturday morning on time at 0900 hrs which i appreciated. He did a thorough check and advised me to contact my MCST for follow up action in case it was not an isolated case in my building. Stayed for 20 mins during which he gave good advice and possible causes and potential solutions. Left without charging me for his time. My MCST has assisted to take over this problem. But I am very impressed by their service, attitude and knowledge. This is a young local team that has many years of experience at previous well known company. Engaged this company as the fee quoted was very reasonable after checking out several other pest control companies. Very professional and friendly staff. Did a thorough check on my roof for termite infestation. Most importantly was willing to explain clearly on the issues detected and give good advice in resolving them, and share tips on practical termite prevention. Greatly impressed and surprised with the thermal image tool use to detect termite activity easily and in difficult to access areas. Since the termite colony had already perished leaving with only the aftermath of termite damages, no treatment was needed. Despite the time and effort spent, no charge was incurred. Highly recommended for such an honest and sincere business ethics and excellent customer service!
