Esynchrony is cheating money because no proper service provided after received my money. And reject my request to refund to me by giving a lot of excuses repeatedly. And at the end never refund to me. This company never sincerely help to people to get into a relationship. Their goal is to earn profit only. And giving excuse this is a self service platform and member should take initiative to meet people in the platform. But the quality of database in this platform is really bad and at the end this company never fulfilled the guaranteed date to the client and refuse to refund to customer. This company’s policy is to drag the time until package period end and they do not need to refund to customer while the company never fulfill guaranteed number of dates with the price client paid. After talk to the PIC of the company for many times and I feel that the company not sincerely want to help client and will never refund to me. I treat it as a donation to this company and won’t ask for refund anymore. I have guaranteed 10 dates but only go out 2 times. It is waste of my money and I cannot get refund. I strongly recommend do not join lunch actually or Esynchrony. You won’t get what you want and only waste of money.
