★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY AWAY from this property management agency. It nearly run the mcst into shambles from the lack of any management. Appropriate payments and routine maintenance were delayed resulting in fines being incurred unnecessarily. Routine accounts records were not kept in order. Contract was terminated prematurely to prevent from further unnecessary costs/fines incured from the lack of any condo upkeep. This doesnt deserve any star. Rating 0/5.
