Friendly owner. Bought a 4K TV, price was slightly lower than major retailers. But more importantly, excellent installation job and friendly service.

Very bad service and product from this shop. Bought a standing fan from them. Within a month, it’s spoilt. Got them to repair, all they do is to provide one new spare part and ask us to fix it ourself. And that took more than 2months to get that spare part. After awhile, it spoilt again! Once again, we went to the shop to replace that spare part again. After waiting for more than 2 months again, only to receive our own spoilt spare part back with super glue attached back!!!! We have bought a lot of standing fans and it’s still working perfectly for more than 10yrs but this particular fan couldn’t even survive a month! Can believe it’s been operating for so many years by selling such products and service.

This shop has been in the neighbourhood for 30+ years, it is an institution. So I certainly did not expect to have such an unpleasant encounter with them. We bought a FANCO ceiling fan back in April, just before circuit breaker, together with installation. But within a week, it malfunctioned, sending sparks flying out of the fan unit and whole house tripped! Called them again, and they sent their electrician (the same one who botched up the installation in the first place) to fix it. He fiddled with the fan, and yes, the fan worked again, no sparks this time. But can see the job was not well done, because wires could be seen. Oh well. times were bad. Fast forward 6 months, the fan started making a weird noise, like there was something loose inside. I went by the store, and was curtly told by the lady to go to the agent. It took almost 1 month before FANCO came to repair. The repairman took one look at it, and was very unhappy with the installation job. Turns out it was done wrongly, and he proceeded to redo the whole installation. Considering how long Entronin has been around, I think they could have done a better job. Can't say much about the price since we didn't shop to compare, but they've always been my parents' top choice when purchasing household appliances.

Order a TV from them. Send us a used tv with scratches. Inform them, claim it is new. Only later to discover that they are working together with some big company which also sell these items in installment and when you are unable to pay, the big company will take back and pass to them to sell as new. They also selling in Lazada. Buy at your own risk if the product have any issue, don't expect anything from them.

What's the point of having website and put ur contact number for enquiries, and even create a WhatsApp logo to click on it to message you when you don't even reply message? If you don't intend to reply message at all, then don't bother to put ur number lah. Or don't bother to open a website lah. Keep on seeing you online, but still don't want reply me. Lucky I never straight away place order from the website, if not, owner might claim never received order. After that I search for more info from this shop, lucky never buy from here. (Post this review to remind myself not to buy anything from this shop in case I forgot about this in future)

I bought 4 KDK Fans from this shop, however, the delivery experience was terrible. First delivery was rescheduled cause the delivery man was stuck at another house doing installation. Second delivery was rescheduled cause fan which was meant for my house was sold to other buyers and they have no stock to deliver to me due to Malaysia lockdown. After waiting for nearly a month, Catherine called me again to arrange for the third delivery. However, it was rescheduled again. Catherine said she messaged me and called me a day before delivery but I didn't answer and said that my phone has problem. BUT she messaged the wrong number. Her deliveryman called me but he didn't say a word and I didn't know the call was from Etronin. After 2 months and multiple reschedule, my fans were finally delivered. Terrible experience and definitely not buying from them again.
