Did our 15d12n europe tour with Gary. Overall, experienced tour guide. On the whole, enjoyable experience with various room for improvements. For instance, terrible hotel experience at Hotel Mercure Rome (shower temperature cannot be controlled, either scalding hot or freezing cold). Would recommend EU Holidays to others.

I would like to compliment the team and especially Mr Timothy who manages the Genting trip. His professionalism and compassion helped me and my family to fulfil my father's wish. We were so appreciate of him to go that extra mile. Such customer service hard to have nowadays but we were blessed to have Timothy to assist us. EU Holidays thank you for having such good team and staff

Booked the 4-hour yacht trip and arrived at the marina vista more than 10 minutes earlier as stated, but no one was there to receive us. After a few phone calls to the company, the yacht captain came and was as confused as us. It turned out that there was a double booking and he was expecting someone else. After some delays to sort things out, we finally set sail at 3.25pm, 25 minutes after our booking. The troubles did not end there, as the crew then realised that the gas canister for the bbq stove was broken. We had paid additional $100 for the gas stove, and on top of that, the raw food we had brought aboard would have gone to waste. Luckily, the crew then managed to get some charcoal from another ship and got the bbq going. With all the delays, the crew helped to bbq the food but had to rush, and a lot of the food was badly burnt as a result. Emailed feedback to the company but no response. Left a post on their FB, someone said will check and get back but didn't. I think the company is not really interested in doing business. Not recommended.

Rated them before and pretty sure their ratings was even worse than their current rate now. How cunning they were to change their profile to reset their rating. No problem, i shall rate them again for their poor services. Booked a tour with them some years back before covid-19, had a very bad experience with the tour guide who loved to get drunk while guiding the trip. My whole tour for 12 days was really unpleasant so half way through feedback to their facebook. They replied me and told me they would get back to the tour guide later but the next day the tour guide was still drinking and was very drunk! Tried to feedback again however they totally ignored me. It’s so disgusting to hear a drunk tour guide kept talking rubbish. Definitely a zero star for this lousy tour company

Private tour to Switzerland & France with tour manager Eddie was awesome! Eddie was approachable and experience! The whole trip was enjoyable and no rushing. I’m glad that we managed to visit all those places stated in the itineraries and some of other places. I would definitely recommend EU and Eddie to my friends and families!

Went on a private tour with Eddie as our tour manager to Switzerland and Paris back in May and is totally impressed! Prior to the trip, he answered to our question promptly and is very approachable. During the trip, as some of our tour members could not understand English well (eg, local tour guide giving us tour in the museum), Eddie would be beside them giving them mandarin version. He made sure not to leave those who can’t understand English well out! He also took a lot of pictures for us during the trip and took care of us really well. Highly recommend Eddie as a tour manager! Also thumbs up to Connie for arranging the paperwork and answering to our questions promptly before we met up with Eddie for the meeting.

This was my first time joining an organised tour from Singapore. Jimmy was my tour manager for the 10 days Turkey tour in April 2022. The trip was very well-organised and I was impressed by the pre-departure tour brief. Happy to recommend EU holidays for their organised tours in future.
