Eudora Beauty & Wellness Chinatown - 72A Pagoda St

I've tried many facial salons in Singapore and this is definitely the worst I have ever experienced. If you are above 170cm, you won't be able to straighten your legs during the facial because their bed is too small for your height and facing the wall. My knees were sore at the end. There was also hardselling before and during the treatment. I think at the end they realized hardselling doesn't work on me cos I'm not a weak-minded little girl so they gave up. The worst thing is they just openly insult their customers to each other even when they know the salon is small and has terrible soundproofing. I could hear all the nasty things they say about their customers. They offered to thread my eyebrows for $10 and I politely turned them down because I have a specific place that I usually go to for threading. A few minutes later when the beautician walked out, I could hear them saying in mandarin "wa $10 also don't wanna spend, really stingy!". Now, I am not sure whether they were talking about me but even if they were talking about another customer, it was still incredibly unprofessional! If your service is good, then money isn't a problem. But if you choose to show such an unprofessional attitude, how do you expect anyone to want to spend another cent at your salon? I had a 90min session and I could not wait to get out after the first 10min. I will never enter any salon in Chinatown again. Giving two stars because the beautician's skill was actually decent but everything else ruined my experience.

went for the $28 trial price fr back facial, was done by ahmei. was offered 10 sessions fr $880 specially fr students, quite reasonable but i was just not interested. overall it was just an okay experience. not sure if it did anyth for my back though

Today i try Aqua Skin Booster treatment trial $28,serve by Hai Yen,had recomended package which is suit for me,no hard sell.And no surcage near cny,good service.

Ah Mei is very experienced and patient to listen to my skin problems. She also helped me to improve my face by extracting all the gunk out. I have tried many treatments such as hydro, oxygen, IPL on body and face, carbon peel, gu sha, etcs. Too many to be listed. Very thankful for her skills in order to improve my complexion.

Today visited them for CC Glow treatment, and was served by Suli. The service is excellent.
