★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie wieder Eufy! Unsere beiden Staubsauger sind von Eufy. Die taugen nichts. Der Roboter hatte den ersten Schaden am Reifen nach einem Jahr und den zweiten Schaden kurz nach den 12 Monaten Gewährleistung. Keine Kulanz. Also teurer Elektroschrott. Der Handstaubsauger (noch kein Jahr alt)hat ne Saugleistung wie ein achtzig Jahre altes Gerät. Reklamation extrem aufwendig und kompliziert. Man soll diverse Videos drehen und Onlineanweisungen folgen. Was eine besch…. Firmenpolitik. Der Dyson hat uns zuvor ca. 8 Jahre ohne Leistungsverluste die Stange gehalten. Kann nur von Eufy abraten!!!
 Never again Eufy! Both of our vacuum cleaners are from Eufy. They're no good. The robot had the first damage to the tire after a year and the second damage shortly after the 12-month warranty. No goodwill. So expensive e-waste. The handheld vacuum cleaner (not even a year old) has the same suction power as an eighty-year-old device. Complaint extremely time-consuming and complicated. You should shoot various videos and follow online instructions. What a damn... company policy. The Dyson has held our own for about 8 years without any loss of performance. I can only advise against Eufy!!!
