Your wine fridge motor fan is faulty after 1.5 years of usage and your provider is quoting a total $180 for replacement on a fridge that cost $300 +. This is a known problem in the model and I think you should take responsibility to replace with only the parts cost. Total diappointment.

We bought a EuropAce refrigerator in November 2021 and it stopped working after a month of us having it. An engineer was sent over to have a look at it, and thereafter concluded that a part had to be ordered before it could be fixed. We waited over a week for this supposed part to arrive, and for the engineer to return to fix it. All the while, we had to live without a fridge, as they didn't even offer to provide a temporary one for us. Fast forward, we are now 2 weeks without a fridge and have had to call in numerous times and wait in the queue to even have anyone speak to us. The kicker is that now the case is supposed closed because they are going to be calling us to provide a replacement fridge within the day, except their operating hours ends at 4pm, which probably means we aren't going to get a call back and yet another day without a fridge. Honestly, the one star(s) given to the company on Google reviews are not an exaggeration after having gone through the last 2 weeks. We will never be purchasing another EuropAce product.

Bought a Europace 2-in-1 Robotic Vacuum Cleaner with LCD Remote Controller (ERV 3033Y) from lazada. Product doesn't work well. It can't recognise the base station, can't return home properly. Keeps bumping into furniture and then gets into a recursive loop then just stops. It can only work properly if either (1) you are there to control it and restart the robot everytime it gets into a recursive loop and stops.. or (2) if you have an empty room with no furniture. When I can't believe how bad europace products can get, they somehow exceed my expectations. However, the robot is dirt cheap. I guess you get what you pay. But seriously, how to support homegrown brand when their products are so poor. And they are getting worse too. My previous europace robot was OK (well, at least i could leave it to run automatically when i leave the house). Now i'm sitting here having to babysit the robot whenever i want to vac my house.

Bought an item from them via Lazada on 31 March 2022. Till today the delivery is still not out. When I first contacted them on the delivery date, they said it will take 2-5 days. They do not even have the courtesy to inform me of the delay in delivery. The lady over the phone Angeline, was very rude. Would stay away from such companies in future.

I bought an air fryer at tampines giant a week ago. Within 7days, spoil liao. So i went down to service centre to get it fix. A very helpful staff name Cher Yong came to assist me and solve my problem. (Sibei fast) Leaving me a happy man! 5⭐ to him. Keep it up! ?????

very lousy company with shady practices. My mum booked an appt because our aircon is faulty and the person in charge wanted the part number, and my mum told me the person on phone said if we give the part number, there will be no charge. Ended up not only after wasting our time finding the receipt for the part number and paying the consultation fee, they told us they cannot even give an eta for when they have their own parts. This is not some 1980s aircon, it was purchased only in 2015. Not only that, we did not even get a receipt for our payment. Europace in their email disputed this, claiming and i quote: . From our conversation, I did mention this and had also brought up the $60 checking fees that if we cannot solve the issue for you on the spot due to lack of parts. Huh? a)so why did we waste our time to get the receipt for the spare part number when you dont have a spare part in the first place and come down to charge us a fee? Between europace and my mum, i trusted my mum more cos of a). In my opinion, the worst part of it all is you not even having a spare part for your own aircon and still need eta. In fact we even try other servicing contractors, nobody can even get a spare part from your company. I encourage other readers to avoid this brand please, cos it seems nobody else other then europace can service your air con, and the waiting time is atrocious since they cant even give an eta on spare part arrival. I dont think anyone wants to be waiting for months or maybe years? (lol you never know) without aircon in their home, and right now it is almost 2 weeks where i have gone without an aircon. Avoid at all cost!

Bought the microwave from the online platform. And received a broken microwave, requested and raised the issue since last 4 August and until now, i haven’t received any update from my replacement, although they pick up the return item last week. It is very disappointing. It took almost 2 weeks and haven’t resolve anything yet.

I never had such experience before. As a local brand it is disappointing. Though their product is lasting and good but the after sale service is horrible to the extend that it is not worth buying except for their air conditioning system. I bought a fan which violently vibrate, when I called them they seem to be very reluctant to help. I wrote an email to them with a solution and they don't even seem to want to reply. I don't know it because the employee did not get any bonus or what that seem like everyone here has to bare with their lousy performance. I would suggest to stay away from the brand and also the service person if anyone know who they are. A lousy brand is cause by these people.
