Bad service, unable to fulfil order and never call back to update

Ordered a hob from them, the delivery man who delivered damaged my new fridge (who was delivered the same day). Not apologetic at all and take it as a laughing matter. It has a dent on my new fridge who is barely a day old. The man compensated only $100, the shop still me to order a new door for my fridge but would not pay anything for the door. Really bad service...regret ordering from them. Stay away from them.

Total lack of customer service, not apologetic whatsoever, very very rude. Ordered a refrigerator from them and it feels like you owed them a living. Initial delivery date, waited at home and got a last minute call saying they can't deliver. Was frustrated but no choice, so reschedule to another date. A day before rescheduled delivery date, 3pm+ delivery guy called, say want deliver and I wasn't home. On the rescheduled delivery date, waited at home but luckily I called to check early. And guess what. I was told off, saying they don't do delivery to my area on this day. Asked me to check myself if I heard wrongly for the rescheduled date. Not just one of them, but talked to 2 of them (a senior lady and a china accent speaking guy), both didn't felt apologetic at all, pushing blames and shouting through the phone like I owed them something. Just don't buy anything from them. Unless you have alot of time to waste and like to experience their one of a kind "SERVICE"

Thx for the last minute request of installing my instant heater, can't stand cold water and it save my day! Just an suggestion, maybe next time ask the installer to call before coming which can better allow me to adjust my timing, but overall good service

Guess I'm lucky as no complain at all. Purchased 3rd time of household products from this shop. Just last Sunday called Mr Lee to enquiry on washing machine, he patiently explained to me which brand is better n the size which fits in the space of my balcony. And today before delivery, he called to confirm with me too. Thank you

Went there to buy a washing machine & fridge as i have always prefer those old school type of shops. Didn't have an idea on whats good at current market as been using my current ones for 8 good years. Young man there patiently explain to me everything from head to toe on multiple brands and all the pros and cons which allow me to choose something that cater to my need. Thx for the patience!

Never ever encounter any customer service that is so jialat. When enquire on the delivery date and time, the staff/owner trying to push here and there. Don't know what they are trying to do. Order a tv from them that never arrive. If unable to manage a business, please don't even start.

I paid extra $60 for oven installation and disposal but none was done. Wire was not long enough and there was no connecting wire or plug. I told that I would need to pay extra for them to send an electrician over. So they sent someone who is not a trained electrician? They left the wire hanging and left. Did not dispose old oven. Wanted to charge me more for delivery when free delivery is included. I am still waiting for Mr Lee from Ever joint to refund me $60 since no installation was done.
