Most teachers are quite nice, school staff are also friendly but food in canteen tastes like cardboard, student toilets smell bad and do not have toilet paper in cubicles so remember to take some before doing your business

I have more good/decent experiences than bad experiences in this school. There's more good/decent teachers than bad teachers (can't really teach, unreasonable, super strict, biased etc.). Students are only obligated to wear full school uniform on Mondays and you can wear half-school uni during national exams. Most of the students here are good. Like every other school there's always troublesome students but it's a very small minority that I rarely heard of cases. Though, that could be because I have a very small social circle. The toilets gets clogged almost everyday in the girls bathroom (if you are one of those people that threw toilet paper in the toilet bowl and got it clogged shame on you). Classroom toilets really needs to have a fan it smells like sweat especially during during and right after recess. There's a spike in homework from lower sec to sec 3 and even more homework in sec 4. I was running very low on sleep especially in sec 4 to the point that it became my new norm. My entire class was experiencing this with me and I 'trauma bonded' with my classmates. It's sounds appalling on paper (or in this case, a google review) but sickeningly, it's a memory I cherish. The mother tongue rooms are always open and muslims students can do their prayers in there if they wanted to. You can store your prayer mats and telekungs in the metal cupboard for later usage or other people to use if they didn't bring their own. If there's any primary school students reading this or lower sec student, no matter what sch you're in/going to apply, appreciate the number of hours of sleep in your lower sec and primary school years. It goes downhill the moment you enter upper sec. Avoid doing dumb/stupid/cringy/embarrassing things in your lower sec years. Those memories will haunt you for the rest of your life. This google review is, obviously, very biased to my own experience from being a student from 2018 to 2021. Many things could have changed since then. I would have given a 3.5 of Google allowed me to but I decided to round it up to 4 stars because the teachers I have met in sec 4 were the most kindest, understanding, and supporting ones I have ever met so far in my life, despite the fact they're the ones that gave us a lot of homework. I cherish all the memories I have gotten in this school, from the bitter coffee I drink everyday to keep me awake, to the sour smelling classrooms and toilets. Thank you for anyone who's reading this google review that ended up being a mini essay. Truthfully, I am writing this because I have nothing better to do now while I'm waiting for a new polytechnic semester to start. I hope that at least you enjoyed reading this essay.
