An old school western restaurant called Dolphins' is located on the 7th floor rooftop. Free parking at night is for restaurant patrons only. Diners are required to report to the security guards with either Trace-Together app or SingPass Check-In before heading up to the restaurant. Temperature screening is required upon arrival.

Hidden Dolphin Restaurant at 7th floor of the building. Restaurant has been there for almost two decades, an amazingly well maintained gem that brings the entire atmosphere back into the 90s. Pretty well maintained restaurant, located in the top level of a secluded industrial building where nobody would imagined. Got to know of it via TikTok, amazing place seriously. The food is delicious, service is great too.
