Delivery staff threatened us because he claimed to have a hard time finding our location. Totally unprofessional and thuggish behaviour. Edit: Professional and helpful response from the backend.

Evfy is very answerable to my logistic needs. and also the use of eco friendly Energy Car was the Main reason why i choose them as my to go for logistic matters. Defintely will reccomend to my friends and collegues.

My friend had a horrendous experience with this logistics company and I will not recommend anyone to engage them for courier service. I would rather pay a premium and use Grab Express or Ninja Van etc… Also, the positive reviews only came after someone posted a negative review - SUS.

Highly recommend! If you are super rich and don't care about your items, this is the best place you can look for. If you want to deliver your items to nowhere and throw your money into a trash bin, this is a good choice. Best delivery service - NO SERVICE Oh yeah, don't contact them. You will get no reply.

A great logistic partner to work with. Been using their service for few months for both corporate and consumer orders and so far my requests are well manage. There is flexibility in meeting my requirement with detail information provided. Also just do a bit on my part for the environment.

Very bad courier company with 0 service standard. Took items but not delivered, claimed to be miscommunication even after multiple reminders for same day delivery. Spoilt a joyous occasion for family and friends. Boss MIA and did not reply. Refund only given after threatening to make a police report against this company. Edit: the CEO has contacted me to give a sincere apology, and has also accepted my feedback for the staff. He explained some unfortunate circumstances which resulted in the parcels being delayed. Hopefully this does not happen again for future customers!

Due to Covid and unable to have a party, my friend has arranged for some cakes to be delivered to her friends and family for her baby's full month celebration. She has mentioned many time that those were food items (cakes) and need to be delivered on the day and they promised to do so. I waited at home whole day ytd and today to receive the item. My friend checked and EVERYONE did not receive their packages, she contacted the boss (Jacky?) and few other PIC NO ONE REPLIED. They just MIA. Now the cakes are not consumable and no one has replied to my friend's request for refund/compensation for the packages. And even with a refund it is pointless since this was supposed to be something meaningful to share with loved ones with hand-written notes etc. What meant to be a joyful occasion turned into an extremely frustrating experience for my friend and her family. Do pay a few dollars more to use a more reliable and reputable courier company to avoid a similar experience. Update: CEO contacted her personally and apologized. There were miscommunication between the staff and they admitted it was a mistake on their end. As a young start up the company should implement measures to ensure this doesn't happen again for others. Appreciate the follow up.

We roped in their help with the storage and delivery solution for a project involving Class A&B medical devices. Took 1.5week to iron out the details and everything went very smoothly for us!!
