β β β β β Worst printing place in Singapore and never experienced highly insulting customer service. Even a one-star rating is worthless for this printing shop. Please, hope through this Google review, customers who are thinking of printing bags do not become a victim of Evokeprint.
I tried to find a non-woven bag printing shop and decided to order after we got a sample from Evokeprint, as the quality was ok.
However, the outcome I received was horrible. The fabric was so blotched. The felts we received are different from the photos that they have sent us. It seems the factory used very old felts. Also, I have checked whether the bags were durable, but the bag just ripped off with only a slight tug. If there were only several pieces with the problem, I would have used it, but all of the bags I received are all in terrible conditions.
I made the mistake of not checking the bags before handing in the cheques to the delivery man. After I checked the items on the day the items are delivered, I have right away sent Whatsapp not to use the cheques as I can not accept the defective items. But, they issued the cheque the day after.
At first, I emailed that I want a full refund or reprint the bags again, as the fabrics were highly defective as I was so shocked about the poor quality of the bag then I expected. But they only replied they could only refund 15% of the total cost, as it was the company policy. They won't acknowledge the bags are defective. They kept saying that they were sorry that the bag does not meet my expectation which seems the customer is just capricious.
I tried to meet face to face with the manager to settle the matter that both Evokeprint and I could accept. I did not expect to get a full refund after they strongly insist on the policy. I simply want to talk with the manager. Also, as they seem they do not know about the bag condition, I want to show the bag in person, but they kept avoiding meeting me.
After several attempts to arrange a meeting with the Evokeprint manager and refusal from Evokeprint, I visited the office building indicated on Google and their website. Unfortunately, the office was never there. It was a virtual office. They kept on telling me they are moving their office so they could not meet me and prefer to talk only through email. But when I checked with the Bukit Batok Crescent, Wcega Tower, the tower manager said the company only registered an address for the business, but never actually had an office there from the first. I handed over the letter to Bukit Batok Wcega Tower to send the Evokeprint for the last pleading, but there were only disgraceful and insulting replies through email indicating that I should have ordered more expensive product or order the items again if I am not pleased with the quality. Lastly, when I told them I might need to report their actions to Consumer protection, the manager told me just to go on.
Nothing is resolved till now and Evokeprint knows how to avoid the legal troubles. They know they won't get punished under consumer protection law, so those who encounters similar situation will be no use to report to consumer protection. Only way to avoid this head-aching situation is avoid ordering anything from this place.
Evokeprint never considers customers' interests and totally ignores resolving problems that happen between consumers and them.
This company let down the Singapore business moral and deprived of professionalism.
