If I can give them ZERO STAR ..I will definitely do so! Encountered bad experience ever I bought a error mountain bicycle from them, immediate after purchased, the minute first paddle on the bicycle already has huge problem. Soon after from bike chain issue, another issue with front tyre, one after another ... alignment issue, bike axle, bike brakes, etc... When I went back to them the next day, the uncle mechanic seem blamed the probs on customer for not being understanding to do biking correctly. Everytime he fix the problem and yet the problems still an issues he will said "it's like that, factory issue". (Personally I think he is unskillful). Forcing me to accept or anticipating problems after problems. When I ask for returned on second day. They say good sale are not for return and yet the after sale service is so lousy. Ended up i pay the other experience bike shop to fix my bike issue. Avoid dealing with the idiots! If you are looking to buy new bike, please stay away from this irresponsible shop. Shame of them!

The experience of shopping for bicycle equipment and spare parts is very plesent. Because the goods are plastered on the shelves and complete with descriptions. And I find the price of spare parts sold here is very affordable.
