β β β β β No issues with their soft closing mechanism but there are obvious 'rough patches' (not rust spots) found on 3 out of 5 baskets for my tall unit (SKU: R005-250). Do take note these are CHROME FINISHED baskets.

β β β β β ordered a kitchen saucerack online, delivered the incorrect track for the kitchen saucerack. and promised to deliver in a few days by JIAJIA. end up didnt arrange delivery, and did not notify me. wasted my carpenter's time that initially wanted to install after they delivered. causing delays to my project.

β β β β β Order 3 items online, out of which 2 are some knock-offs and not the Irex brand as stated. The other came incomplete without the mounting bracket, rendering the item useless. Tried to reach sales via email with no reply. I paid for overpriced items, with the intention of gettings things done quickly but to no avail.

β β β β β This was my first & will be the last time l visit Excel Hardware at Admiralty Street.
I called ahead a week ago to find out if there were retailers of their products in more convenient locations. I was told there were none & that l must visit their office/showroom in the most northern tip of Singapore.
A few hours before l trekked down from the East, l called again to make sure they are open.
When l eventually reached their office, l was informed that their βshowroomβ was under renovation & thereβs nothing to see.
You can just imagine my frustration & anger over the waste of time. If the 2 staff l spoke to would have given clear information, this would be preventable.
