So glad that I found Exped Moving Services❤️ Did a lot of research before hiring them, they offer one of the cheapest price yet extremely professional service (unlike the other moving companies that I’ve encountered which were expensive and not friendly). I’ve seen so many good reviews about them and decided to give it a try and they surely live up to their great reputation. Sean is very helpful, friendly and super responsive. He solved all of my problems without any hassles. I didn’t know moving house can be this easy and stress-less☺️ And the guys that helped me with the moving are very attentive to details, they handled all the heavy boxes and furniture that I have with extra care. They didn’t even complain when some of my boxes were much heavier than usual. They moved fast and efficient, wanted to give them a hand but they asked me to just stand back and relax, So I did not move a finger ? Kudos to the team, and thank you sooooo much for the great service. Will definitely recommend you guys to my friends and families☺️ Once again, thank you for your help ??

My PIC was Ethan Leong who is a young and energetic gentleman who is very efficient and prompt on reply. I have used their services back in May2021 to move our office to Downtown. Situation was hectic then as the tower lift were under maintenance and I'm so glad Ethan was there to provide alternative solution so that we can meet the moving schedule on time without delay. With his assistance and other 2 gentleman, office Move was a breeze!! And not to mentione, they were very helpful and took good care of our dedicated items. Will definitely use their service again and highly recommended!! Note: do remember to book your enquiry 1month ago to prevent disappointment =)

Sean is very responsive and prompt towards amendment of quotations after multiple change of furniture items listing. His team of movers are also helpful, reliable, and very FAST. Tremendous teamwork. Excellent work by the team on our small move! We had an unexpected issue at our "move from" location when a water pipe couldn't be closed, and the team went through the trouble to help us to address that. They gave regular updates and were extremely friendly. Thank you so much for all your work, to Ethan for arranging the admin stuff and to Ashton (?) and your team (two other gentlemen!) for such a smooth job done :)

Initial engagement was good. However post confirming the quote, nothing happened. After numerous emails and phone calls (all of which went unanswered) decided to cancel. Luckily I was able to find a moving service with a better level of customer service at very short notice. My move was very small, and I understand that demand is high, but if this is the case then decline the business rather then commit to dates and quotes and then simply ignore the customer!

I recently hired this company to move my household items to my new location in the west of Singapore. They were wonderful. Firstly no extra charges unless I had requested an additional service (like the TV). Everything is as per quoted. Fast , efficient and they distributed the items to the various parts of the house. Most importantly, all of the movers including the foreman Ethan were polite and well-mannered and everything running on schedule. The surveyor Sean has been great and will calculate the exact quote before hand. Well done!

Gave a reasonable quotation and clear explanation of moving process during site visits. It was a very fast and efficient moving process from the movers till I was impressed. Good team work and synergy that made the moving fun and relaxing. Wrapping was fast and dismantled of TV and bed was quick and safe. They also helped took some small items that was not included in the list. I was also surprised that Exped knew where to park as my place was very crowded during lunch hours. Good customer service and follow up. Fuss free and flexible after sales service. There was no pressure to rush you to return the empty cartons until I paiseh! Overall, highly recommended as the entire end to end moving process was enjoyable! ??????

Engaged their services for my move. Pre-move customer service is great as they visited FROM and TO locations to get the necessary paperwork and applications. Moving day is quick, efficient and prompt. It was a 3 man job, and they worked well together. My move was completed in less than 2.5 hours with a truck load of items. They even helped to wrap furnitures and unwrapped them at the destination location. Highly recommended. Thank you Sean and the moving team!
