Multiple CSOs failed to take follow up action as agreed and failed to record notes about my calls, issues and such promises. We were advised wrongly (verbally) and promised cash/credit card refund and hence missed out on claiming from travel insurer. Subsequently, Expedia issued a highly restrictive travel voucher as a refund instead. Credit card charge is done by "Expedia" but all of a sudden when it comes to refunds it's all "there's no notes or documentation in the system" & "the hotel declined the refund request". Avoid at all costs, the CSOs are incompetent and company completely dysfunctional.

Really thankful to be given the opportunity to tour such a stunning office during WalkaboutSG. It's amazing how Expedia is so employee-centric. Seeing how it invokes Singapore's culture to make this office uniquely Singapore makes me want to qork there.

Fraudulent. Refuse to refund though my flight was not confirmed. Purchase at own risk.

Absolutely terrible Customer Support system, with incorrect number on the SG website and waiting times of over 1h!! My flight got cancelled by the airline and refunds are nearly impossible to sort out! Almost feels like a scam company - do better, Expedia!

I booked a business class flight to Australia and had to cancel. Despite 12+ months of communication and an email confirming a refund now they are saying I get nothing (not even a flight credit) and are not responsible for this. Unbelievable poor customer service. Avoid these guys and go direct!

I very rarely write customer reviews but feel compelled to do so in this case to save other customers going through a truely terrible and shocking customer experience. Struggling see why this company even exists. I made a booking and one day after the booing I have been trying to cancel and get a refund for the last 3 days. Takes a huge time to get thru to customer service and have been waiting on the phone for about 30 mins and for a about the same time the last 3 times I callled. I called Singapore Airlines and they are happy to give a full refund but these jokers at Expedia can even pick up my call.... When I did get finally thru the calll dropped and Expedia was unable to call me back. I called again and call dropped. I called again and was on the call for another 30mins. Shocking!! Buyer beware. Use expedia at your own risk. Ablsoute shocker.

Flight cancelled by airline on the same day after booking on Expedia SG. Contacted Expedia 3 times in a span of 3 weeks to ascertain if flight could be re-booked. “Oh we have contacted Airline but no reply” was the same reason given with every call to Expedia with no follow up email or call. In the end I insisted for Expedia to cancel this bloody booking and process a refund. It was much quicker to book and confirm flights on the airline website directly, which had seats! Atrocious! I will be deleting my account. Zero stars if I could. Shame on you, Expedia SG.

If i could give 0 or negative star I would. Been on the line multiple times looking for a flight refund as it was booked before covid19 and then cancelled by the pandemic. A credit was given but where the hell can we go anyways. So a year later United Airlines offers a refund but Expedia says they've no control on the processing. Yet when we call UA they direct us back to Expedia for the refund process. It's been 2 years. Never booking a flight through Expedia ever again.
