β β β β β worst experience ever. was told the report will be ready after 3pm. go back at 2 pm to ask if possible to collect early. the lady said no. ok fine. go back again at 2.50pm and ask again. she impatiently told me" i already told u after 3 right". i say ok i am just asking. so after 3pm i go and ask, she told me the printer spoil. unable to print the report and i was told to come back at 6pm. ridiculous!
