The service is good

Exploits customers' money. Went there to print a document in black and white. Staff said that if computer usage exceeds 5minutes, she would charge $2. However, their internet connection was very bad and I could not download my document. Left the computer once 5 minutes was up, but she still made me pay the $2. Poor ethics from the staff.

( East link mall branch) Quality of the print and service is not consistent and unprofessional. 1) Went to colour print ( mainly shades of black, white and grey) I realised the coloured printed sheet colour was different from the orignal soft copy. It was dark greenish and mild wash off colour quality. When i asked the lady, why the colour is not the same. She brushed me off saying that " oh its like that, the printer colour not accurate. The printer and the computer is not matching, its like that." Obviosuly the ink catridge need a change of new ones. So if you are thinking to do colour printing, don't go for this branch, it will result in inaccurate colour and unhelpful shop assistant and charhing full price.

Printing here is extremely slow for my passport pictures. Lack of equipments, no customers Infront of me also need 30 mins. Forced me to print 6 passport pictures for 8 dollars??Staff's attitude was also very unfriendly, ignored me enquiry 2 times. Only 2 computers to print from and 1 of them is faulty Overpriced slow and unfriendly staff. Highly unrecommended. Bad

Do not go to their shop if you want to take passport photo. Went back to their shop to complain the 1st photo because ICA cannot accept it, the head was slanted. So they took another photo and print on the spot again. They didn't even try to correct the posture and photo still has slight head slant and say can be accepted by ICA. Tried uploading to ICA's website and their AI say head slanted. Charged $11 in total. Waste time and money. Go at your own risk.

Unprofessional, difficult and time-wasting are three words we’ll describe this shop. 1 day before, I’ve emailed them in advance what I needed to be printed and specified my collection time. It was an extremely tight timeline I have to work with to collect during my lunch time by spending 28 mins traveling there and 28 mins back to office. This means I only have 4 mins to collect it and rush back. On the time of collection, I was simply brushed aside and told I have to physically be there to start the printing. To add insult to injury, they said they have downloaded the file but can’t find it. I had to spend my precious 4 minutes arguing with them to get it done. And in the end. They weren’t able to comply to my requirements and I left empty handed. I was requested to return again in the evening. This means I had to spend an additional 1 hour again to collect from this nightmare shop. I had no choice as I needed it urgently the next day. This shop is a nightmare to work with.
