Good services ranging from instant quotation on website to the follow up call from the branch staff.
Facilities are new with mobile Bluetooth access via secured app to the floor and storage unit.
Clear communication and purchase of insurance is easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reception staff Chris and Siu Lee has been most helpful and patient in helping me to secure a suitable space. Chris called me to understand my needs, constantly updated me about mover contacts, Siu Lee brought me around the place, recommended me a few storage units of different sizes and worked out the charges for me. Thanks to them, my moving has been a breeze. Very Customer and service Oriented! Truly professional. Strongly recommend!
PS: The place is very spacious, new and clean too.?

Thanks to Dominic for the assist finalising all the paper works. Not forgetting sharing with me the air-conditioned and wine chiller units. Will definitely go for it when i got good wines.

The facilities are neat, clean and secure.
The 24 hour access adds to the convenience
Finally the staff I find (at Kallang in particular) are very polite and professional.
Even when I was terminating my contract to leave the country; they were very efficient and helpful. A special thanks to Ms. Siu Lee (Chua) who ensured that even my final interactions and experience was as smooth as the first one!
