※Somerset支店にて。日本人スタイリストのMさんの対応が本当に本当に本当に本当に本当に最悪でした。星一つでもあげたくないくらいでした。時間通りに行ってるのに待たされた挙句、威圧感たっぷりにドスンっと横に座ってきて記入したものをお礼も言わずに取り上げて挨拶も笑顔もなしにいきなりコースの説明をされました。ありえないレベルの接客でしたけどいつもあんな感じ？それとも機嫌が悪かった！？ 施術中も風を送る際の声かけなどもなくいきなり風をかけられ目をつむっているこちらはびっくりしましたし、テープを剥がす時も声かけはなく、痛かったです。 日本人の丁寧なサービスを期待して行きましたがすっかりローカライズされて日本人としてのサービス力ゼロのスタイリストさんでした。あの最低なサービスでこの価格設定は正直高すぎ。日本人のサロンに行くのは、日本人としての上質なサービスを受けるために行っています。その為に高いお金払ってます。あの程度のサービスしかできないなら日本人のサロンを名乗らないでほしい。こんなことならお手頃なローカルのサロンに行けばよかったです。 子供預けて久々の癒しの時間になることを楽しみに行ったのに最悪です。おまけに仕上がりも雑。ケバケバしい仕上がりで友達に笑われました。二重の幅が左右で違うのですが、日本のサロンではその点も考慮してデザインしてくれていましたがこのMさんは速さだけでデザインはまったくの素人。シニアスタイリストとか名乗らないでほしい。鏡見るたびにため息でこんなこと初めてです。絶対に二度と行きません。絶対にオススメしません！！！！！ （追記;下の英語のレビューあとから気づいたんですけど星2個の方、同じスタイリストさんの事言ってらっしゃるようなので、いつもこんなレベルの低さのようです。本当に悔しいほど最低な接客をされ、一日中落ち込んでいましたが、このレビューを見つけて行く前にこのレビューを見ていれば、とますます落ち込んでいます。）

Lovely comfortable environment and makes great eye lashes!

Been going to the one at Tras St. for a few years now. Used to go to the one at Devonshire Rd, but the Japanese eyelash stylist there( by now, she's apparently the senior stylist cum trainer. Think they are hard-up for staff,that's why ) who attended to me for a few months SUCKED BIG TIME at customer care. Totally impatient and uncaring. Skills are below par too. She would claim she used X number of eyelash pieces, but in reality, it seemed so scanty. Cos when another stylist served me, I could see the contrast in the number of lashes used.?? This impatient stylist at the Devonshire outlet is a native Japanese who did not uphold the Japanese standard of customer care at all. I then asked for a better trained stylist to tend to me and was recommended one at Tras St.outlet. Customer service was slightly better here at Tras Street overall. Not the cheapest place for eyelash styling though & their music selection sucks. Not relaxing at all. There is also some kind of service discrimination here. Since they are providing a service, EVERY staff is expected to display that high level of Japanese customer service that Japanese culture is renowned for. This service standard should not be diluted just because they are in Singapore and I can see the difference in customer care for Japanese and non-Japanese customers at this place too. The so-called customer reception staff is equally incompetent. Despite me going there for the past 2 years every single month & sometimes twice a month, she could not even get my name right!! Besides, she has a terrible habit of ignoring customers when we walked in. She's so engrossed in looking at her handphone that she just totally ignores customers. She will only greet you IF she happens to look up from her phone. Will not be patronising this place anymore as service is still not up to par despite the steep prices here & I have given them enough business and time to step up on their service☹☹☹
