โ โ โ โ โ Professionally served by the optician that attended to my wife and I. Canโt remember her name. Once specs are ready for collection they will sms to inform and the after sales service are very good ?? Remember when we walked in to view specs and the optician asked if we wish to check the degrees of our eyes, not forgetting adjusting our old specs to fit us better. Will definitely visit this shop when the needs arise. Keep up the good service attitude!

โ โ โ โ โ I came here after reading positive reviews but was very disappointed at the experience. Purchased glasses that cost more than 500 dollars - requested for an additional cleaning solution since the glasses were expensive but I was told that it wasn't available, they only provided me with free cheap gifts like drawstring bags (other shops give more perks for that price paid). Quality of spectacle frame is low, after using for a few months my frame's peeling off. With the price paid I could have gotten higher quality glasses from other shops. Very disappointed and wont patronize anymore.

โ โ โ โ โ Got some issue with the Prada spec i bought and requested for warranty claim. The person incharged entertained me very well, i even managed to get a different model and more expensive frame as a replacement. Service was very fast, and the PIC also really friendly and kind. 200% recommended!
