The opticians are friendly and helpful.. They and their optometrist...did gave me advice on my eyes condition.. The spectacles frame has alot of varieties to choose from.. This is my 3rd time purchasing from Eye Zone Excel Optical.. Happy with my purchases..

I usually take my contact lenses from Eye Zone Yishun. And recently I was very frustrated with my eye sight due to aging. I am very impressed with Eye zone. I am not able to get the name of the nice lady checking my eye sight and prescribed my multifocal contact lenses. She is very patient, checking my eye sight and let me tried a few combinations of multifocal contact lenses over a period of time, till find the best fit. It’s really “prescription”. Thank you so much for this experience!!

Got my contact lens from eyezone yishun from Stephanie , it was such a great experience because she was so patient and kind. She was very detailed and clear about my eye conditions and took the time to carefully check my eyes, got me the perfect degree for my multifocal lenses, which i am very very satisfied about. Her service is top notch unlike other service staff at other shops that served me before, as if they are just waiting to collect money. I am looking forward to the time I come back for my next eye appointment and i will definitely come back for more glasses and contact lenses. thank you to all the staff especially Stephanie! :)

Price : its very reasonable, in comparison with shopping centres big brand. ( i actually did progressive lens; hence price is the No. 1 concern ) Service : the 2 opticians are very very patience and friendly. What more can we ask for? Its a 5/5 rating.

Made my and my children's spectacles here recently. Served by the friendly staff who are experienced and very knowledgeable in helping you choose the right spectacles. Was also thorough in the eye tests. We are all highly satisfied by the professionalism and reasonable price at this shop and will highly recommend it.

The guy who attended to me was extremely professional, friendly and understanding! The eye test that he did for me is really thorough as well, just like what the other reviewers have said! Decided to get my glasses here because of the google reviews and they definitely didn’t disappoint. They would also disinfect all the glasses I’ve tried on after I’ve left and I felt that this was very appreciated. Though I’ve tried on many different glasses, because I was considering to try a new style, this meant that the employees would have to disinfect + put back many glasses back to their different shelves, (Refer to photo), they didn’t show any form of unhappiness and was even giving me more variety to try on!!! Prices are reasonable too. Definitely would recommend anyone to get their glasses done here.
