Ezlink app auto top up feature always have error. Ongoing issue for mnths

I am disappointed with the answer of not able to disable the autoreload option from either both MRT ticketing office nor Ez-Link hotline. I lost my ezlink card in a cab and I am still trying to get it back. In the meantime, to reduce the risk, disabling autoreload is one way. When I was visiting ticketing office, the staff required physical card in order to do so. While she was giving me option to call Ezlink hotline for such request. When I called ezlink hotline, the staff was unable to disable my autoreload and requesting me to go to ticketing office, which will end up the same answer I got previously. I am disappointed with unable to disable autoreload wherever I go if I lost the card even I have the CAN ID with me.

Possibly the worst website and app you will ever encounter. It's full of bugs, it's slow, it often just shuts down mid transaction. It feels like it's running on a 1980 AT88 computer. The user interface appears to have been written by someone who has no idea what customers, app and web users need. Just awful, its a real shame we can't avoid it.

Worst ever. I just lost $90 due to no receipt which i top up recently with a new card. This is daylight theivery on their part. Which i can see the balance on the card itself. I have to make myself taking the own car transport. Distasteful and full of shenanigans!

Non existent customer service. Payment system is buggy and problematic. Encountered double deduction from Ez-link card numerous times when using auto reload card to exit carparks. Have since disabled the service. Recently tried using their EzLink wallet Mastercard feature and amount got deducted from wallet despite transaction fail. Tried numerous channels to get them to respond but still not getting their attention and my money back.
