They were on time with their delivery and brought all the food as ordered. Their food is with halal certification and my Muslim students could eat it. The cooked spaghetti was served warm/room temperature , and not frozen. The serving was bad. The taste was good. As for the mid - joint wings and otah, they tasted average. I had a more yummy mid - joint wings from another BBQ company. I enjoyed the chicken satay and satay sauce. I find their overall prices cheaper than other company. Everything was done on their app. Their app was easy to use , stable and without hiccups. They responded with a confirmation email very quickly. Even though there was no human interaction, the ordering and delivering process was seamless. Area of improvement: I had wanted to order more packets of ice cubes without the styroafam box but I was unable to find this option. In the end , I had to go to the supermarket and tugged 4 packets of ice cubes to my event. It was overall a hassle-free and inexpensive experience. I will definitely order from EZB - BBQ again.

Placed and paid for my order on 2 May for self collection yet when I was there to collect they have the audacity to tell me they run put of stock! The guy at the main office had the cheek to tell me not to lambast them. No service recovery and extremely poor planning.

I placed an order for almost $400 worth of BBQ products for a group of 27 friends and I think it was just nice. All the food was finished. The ordering process is quite good and easy to use, and you can add on more food or equipment if you feel you need more. The catering was supposed to arrive between 3-5pm. I added a note asking them to deliver it between 4-5pm instead because the BBQ was starting at 5pm. However, at 5pm, I had called EZBBQ’s β€œhotline” 12 times Nd there was no response. No message, no email, no update, and no food yet. I was about to change to Plan B and order another delivery but at 5.30pm, the catering finally came. As good as the food and equipment were, it would be great if the communications could be improved because it was a really bad situation to be in, as the host of the party.

I give credit where credit is due, so the 1 star goes to them for the bee hoon and sambal stingray which was decent tasting. That said, I regret not reading previous reviews before making my order with them. They seem to have some serious communication issues internally and with their drivers; unsure if it is their own fleet or external. 1) Driver left my items in a room near my pit but I was not informed. For a good 75 mins I was wondering what took them so long to deliver. 2) I only realised later on that styrofoam boxes and ice were not delivered. This caused my bbq a huge inconvenience because styrofoam boxes are not something you can get at the last minute, and I needed it to keep my drinks cold thru the night. 3) Reached out to Rach to inform and she said they will just refund. I was not looking for a refund, but asked if their driver could drop the boxes over since this was their oversight. She went MIA after 7pm, only to tell me the next day her office closes at 7pm. As event providers, they should seriously look into their operations. One oversight can make or break an event and it's not fair to the consumer. To simply just "refund" because "our driver left it out" doesn't cut it. Furthermore, they knew I was desperately needing those styrofoam boxes (never mind the ice, I could get that from Grabmart) but yet choose to ignore and take the easy way out of a refund when they could have done things differently when the night was still young. I had also dropped them an email sharing my honest feedback. It's been 3 weeks since and clearly my email has been left ignored.. goes to show how much they value making things right for their customers.

Please patronize them at your own risk. If zero star was an option, I would give them that. The food was average, their third party delivery service was good but their communication service is very poor. Firstly, I asked (over whatsapp) to double confirm the status of my order and they replied that they will be delivering between 3-4pm. Secondly, I relayed to them to contact my family member to assist with the upcoming delivery as I was not available and they replied that they will passed the info to their third party delivery service. Thirdly, it was past 4pm and no form of contact was communicated to my family member. So I tried to called the number on their website several times but nobody picked up. However, they are still able to reply on whatsapp. That’s a bad service here. Lastly, the worst part of all. They did mentioned to me β€œsorry for the inconvenience” and have made a follow up with the driver accordingly. What amused me most was after which they also said β€œHi as per checking with the driver it's been delivered already before 4pm” I was lost for words. I have the call logs (as evidence) and the food was never delivered before 4pm but in fact almost 5pm. I mean.. you’re doing a business here and the least you could do is get your facts right. I don’t blame the delivery person but it will be nice to at least update your customers regarding the status of their order and not the other way round. A pleasant apology would have suffice but your team chose to reply saying my food has been delivered before 4pm which was untrue. I would not be a returning customer and thank you for your β€œservice”.

Very good and fast service. Ordered but there are some mistakes on the order. But was quickly resolved with hotline almost immediate. Ordering on the portal was a breeze. Prices are reasonable. Food quality was good, tasty satay and wings. Fresh prawns. On time delivery. The uncle still came back and delivered us more food as food was not enough last minute. The duck breast was frozen, uncle offered to cut it for us as we didnt have knife. Thank you so much! Overall service was tip top. Definitely will order again when I have the next bbq!

Excellent service recovery that won loyalty - there was an unexpected incident that happened to the delivery man during my event which I catered food for. It caused significant delay that sent me to panicked mode because my guests have all arrived but not the food. Desmond and team were closely in contact with me to update me on the situation while rushing to manage the recovery of this delay. There was genuine effort and tonnes of coordination to expedite the already late delivery. Even offered to pay for the food which I had to order for my guests first while waiting for the food. After which, Desmond insisted on a partial refund as a form of apology even though I refused. Bottom line is... they truly care about your experience. Thumbs up!
