★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the official collection points for TPG SIM cards. Customer service was really poor. The collection timing stated on TPG website was Mon to Sat 10am to 6pm.
They Ezylink staff rejected collection even though it’s 12 mins before 6pm, conveniently stated the system was closed. When asked why wasn’t that stated on the website on this new timing, reply was they will feedback. No explanation and apologies was offered, just simply brushing off customers without proper reasons. The TPG senior plans are offered to mainly seniors and I will have assumed many older folks were treated by this poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and friendly staff, patient in explaining tpg terms and conditions. Also a good place to buy cheap and stable phones, of course have to forgo some specs like cpu, 40x zoom..... Normal usage is pretty good.
