โ โ โ โ โ Inflexible company that won't listen to reason. What a joke, charging 15 dollars for failed payment for apparently "encouraging customers to ensure their payments can be made on time".
I emailed customer service on the same day I received the failed payment email, offering to pay immediately, hoping to get a waiver of the fees for something that is beyond my control. I guess being able to pay on the same day the payment is due is not "on time"?
Enjoy the 15 dollars, what a scam.

โ โ โ โ โ As what other one star reviews mentioned, Ezypay has very dodgy practices in deducting money from peopleโs bank cards and accounts. One day of late payment and they do not waive the failed payment of $15 for you. During covid in 2020 they deducted more than usual from my account and just apologised. This company needs to be avoided at all costs for its ruthless and dodgy T&Cs.

โ โ โ โ โ Opportunistic scammers charging a ridiculous $15 for failed payments, a wolf pretending to be a doe-eyed, 'pro-business' sheep as an excuse, the only pathetic payment processing company in the world that needs to charge $15 "to help businesses collect payments on time".
Many better options available, like Stripe, or even Paypal, who can help businesses collect payments on time without charging scammy fees.

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible service honestly, If anything happens that results in a failed payment, you get charged $14 for a failed payment fee? And guess what, Anytime fitness says that if you get charged for that, its EZYPAY's problem and they can't waive it and EZYPAY doesnt want to do anything about it.
Bad service and product. customer goodwill?? Non-existent
