The two most BASIC things a freight forwarding company needs to be is timely and reliable. That is all but this company has failed in both. My shipment was supposed to arrive on Saturday and it did not because the driver took out the wrong package for delivery. So, they promised to deliver it on Sunday. On Sunday morning, I called their agent and was told it will be delivered. She even said, actually she should be charging me for Sunday delivery. I chose to be polite and refrained from telling her, the company is just making up for its mistake in the first place. She said the driver has one delivery to complete before sending my package. I waited ALL day at home patiently but by 5:00 PM I decided to contact them again. This time she said the driver cannot make the delivery because he is still delivering the first package. From 9 AM to 5 PM, I could have gone to Malacca and back! Of course, worst of all is that she did not even call me to let me know. I had to contact her. Monday morning comes and I call her again, she said it will be delivered by afternoon. I call at 2.00 PM and she is not there. Someone else said they will find out and let me know BUT they do not call back because the driver is not answering his phone. The package finally arrived at about 3:00 PM 2 days after the delivery date due. I guess, I should be thankful it even arrived at 3PM. The TWO MOST BASIC thing in freight forwarding - timely and reliable. I saw non of it here.
