Slightly more variety than normal ntuc outlet....would love to rate 3.5* gor this outlet

Good place to do your shopping. Prices are quite moderate. However, there's an overenthusiastic auntie (who speaks good English) overacted on her role as a cashier. On a Thursday, whereby blue Chas members're entitled to a 3% discount. I presented the blue for the tiny discount of 30 cts (my purchase amount was $30/-). You know what, she then asked me for my card and indicated that my card had expired and deleted the 3% discount. Honestly, I didn't realize that the card had expired. She told me check with CHAS. I told her that normally CHAS would auto renew the card. Later, I called CS/CHAS after ascertaining that my had been renewed since last year - I didn't receive to that day. CS confirmed that they had despatched the card to me. The lady CS was kind and told me that they would send a replacement within 10 days. I was indeed embarrassed by the Fairprice cashier on her overdiligent action on such tiny matter.

Nothing much has changed but you must be vaccinated in order to enter, which is an excellent move which I fully support. One not-so-good thing is the lift to the carpark from NTUC. The cargo lift, which everyone has to use unless you are resident, does not stop at the car park floor meaning if you have a trolley full of groceries you cannot wheel it to your car. This is bad and should be addressed by the management. At least have a ramp to wheel the trolley down. And what about wheelchair bound people? No changes. Please provide a lift which serves the carpark for wheelchair users. No covid checks any more but masks still mandatory. No change. But please a lift for carpark users! Or at least a ramp to wheel our trollies.

Been shopping here since dec 26 2021 when arrived on VTL; has everything you need; coffee, instants all types, laundry detergents, snacks, and also instant noodles, and most "western" items you would want. And small appliances also.. shipping some of them to the Philippines ahead of our trip.

Wise variety of foodstuffs both frozen and non-frozen. Lots of special offers! However it's too icy cold ? environment

A rare two storey NTUC, quite well stocked and there are quite a lot of selections despite it being smaller compared to many other NTUC.

Hard to find a NTUC with 2 levels. Quite unique but probably due to small space residing in an old estate. But still choices / selections are nothing less

The fair price is two storey supermarket it is not big but moderate. It is located next to joo chiat complex. Wheelchair user can access to the building with lift provide to upper level. The staffs are helpful n courteous..
