★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to handover an document for DHL express delivery. Waited in the line for good 10mins to reach the counter ladies.
When inquired about DHL, they had no clue. When repeated questioning answered “may be”. Another elderly lady came out and found the necessary DHL application form. Asked me to fill the form.
Once I approach the lady with the filled application form , asked me to be in the Long queue again. When I gave her a frustrated look, she say then you can come at night... I took my document and went home.
Utterly frustrated of the bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs failure in management ang service. Customer online order, no stock did not contact customer. Wanted the delivery man short deliver some more. Lucky I call customer. Then only the go and prepare the replacement items... waste a lot of time. Failure manager and customer service... negative star. Sigh...
