โ โ โ โ โ Oei is very responsive and even goes out of her way to help my brother-in-law when they had problems with their then helper whom wasnt even from Oeiโs agency.
Grateful to her assistance and willingness to go the extra mile.
The current helper we gotten from her agency is good and of great help as my brother-in-law is a stroke patient and therefore not easy to take care of

โ โ โ โ โ Few months ago I need a maid urgently and a friend of mine recommended Faith Maid Agency.
I feel very fortunate that I get the right agent. From the first call to them until the placement of the maid, everything is taken care of professionally. They are very proactive, fast and responsive. They also able to get me a maid that really suits my requirement.
Overall I am very satisfy :)

โ โ โ โ โ My wife and I have used several agents since we started employing helpers more than 14 years ago and Faith Maid Agency is the best of them by far. Truly. Mrs. Oei, who runs the company, has been authentic, upfront and at the same time, balanced. She was also excellent when we experienced a minor matter with our helper recently and the outcome was better than expected for all of us. Highly recommended!

โ โ โ โ โ It was tough hiring helper during Circuit Breaker but I need to as my dad need assistance. At first I was concerned that I could not get any so soon. I was also concerned that getting transferred helper may not be good. But I really cannot wait and I engaged the service of Faith Agency and waited patiently. It took about 2 weeks for the agency to refer a transferred helper to me. I have to trust that the agency will give me a good helper and glad I did. The transferred helper has started taking care of my dad since Aug and although itโs just a short 3 months, my family is very pleased with her patience and her willingness to take card of elderly. Sheโs a great help. Must really thank Faith Maid Agency for doing the right match for us.
