I recently purchased a pre-owned scooter from Falcon PEV. When it arrived everything seemed okay except that the tires were noticeably worn down quite a bit, and the scooter didn't come with a stand (which the description states that it comes with). I e-mailed the company and asked them to ship me the stand and let them know that their website says "Our refurbished units also come with brand new tires, brakes, and wearable parts." The response I received was that they would ship the stand to me, but the tires are fine and they won't replace them! I told them that THEIR OWN WEBSITE said it comes with new tires and sent them a photo of the tires they gave me. Even with that, they kept saying that the tires are "good in their professional opinion." This went back and forth for TWO DAYS and they kept saying that they won't provide me brand new tires EVEN THOUGH THAT'S WHAT THEIR WEBSITE POLICY STATES! They are totally ripping people off by advertising one thing and delivering something totally different. This company doesn't seem to understand the difference between "Brand New" and "Used." After arguing for two whole days they said they want to "compromise" with me and send me just the rear tire!!! When I told them it should be both, they said I'm being unreasonable and to just return the scooter!!! To top it off, rather than just adhere to their policy and admit it was a mistake, they changed their website to now say " ...if our professional technicians deem these parts are worn." What a total joke!?! DO NOT buy from these guys! If you're considering purchasing ANYTHING from them, e-mail me and I'll send you the full e-mail chain of our conversation and show you bad their service is! It's so bad I'm going to file a complaint with Consumer Affairs in Singapore and the Advertising Standards Authority of Singapore. All I wanted were the tires promised in the sales description and they'd rather fight than just send them to me. ***UPDATE*** 17-09-18 To Falcon PEV: Thank you as that is all I wanted. Please ship the front and rear replacement tires and scooter stand. I mentioned in the e-mail chain with one of your representatives that I would be fine accepting the tires and changing them myself. Please e-mail me directly to confirm. ***UPDATE*** 12-11-18 After some back and forth with the company they not only sent me the wheels and tires requested, but because of a mismatch error, they sent me an ADDITIONAL tire on top of it to make up for their mistake. After riding the scooter for about a week, the circuit board in the main unit failed and I let them know this as well. This time, there was no fight or argument, they immediately shipped me a replacement control unit without hesitation! I am glad things are better with their customer service and I would be happy to purchase from this company again. Thanks for making things right Falcon PEV.

Awesome and fast service, manage to change my tire within 15 min. Handle bar pin was gone but they replace it for me without asking. Strongly recommend to anyone who needs professional advice or repair for your e scooter

I consistently had a bad experience with Falcon, over the course of 7 months. Owning 2 scooters from the company (one for me and another for my partner), I did not write a review before in order to give them the chance of changing my mind by providing quality services. However, the negative impression I had at first only increased face to other situations where I needed their services. To sum up, I am listing positive and negative points on my view about Falcon: Positive: - They provide a repair service (even though not of contestable quality) - Warranty (for electronic damage only) - Large Variety of scooters Negative: - Unprofessional service (This is exemplified in (1), (2) and (4)) - The mechanic services are questionable in my opinion (they seem to be "amateurs" on the repair service as pointed out in (4) and (5)) - Overpriced - Inconvenient location (This is a minor issue, but as I ended up needing some sort of repair quite frequently this became important) I list my experiences with the company below, in chronological order. The last item (6) is the what motivated me the most to write this review, since it shows, in my view, a total lack of professionalism from their part. 1. When I bought the scooter, the first one (used by me) had a flat tire and the vertical bar that adjusts the height was sliding (it needed to be tightened up). The scooter was supposed to have passed by an inspection before I received it (I received a paper saying the inspection had been made). However, no inspection was made. For my luck, I spotted those mistakes in the shop and showed to them. I did not receive any apology from them and the fix that they made in the vertical bar was very poor (they put a piece of cheap plastic to prevent the bar from sliding). 2. As for the second scooter (used by my girlfriend), the anti-sliding adhesive put on the place we step on was falling apart at the moment I bought it. Instead of fixing it for me when I pointed this out, they asked told me to put some super glue and that would do the job. About this second scooter, it's significantly slower than the first one. I raised this complaint several times and send to the shop 2 times for fixing. This is not fixed up to now. 3. After a week with the scooter, the closing mechanism of my girlfriend's scooter stopped working. When I went to the shop, they tried charge me for the repair. It took me a lot of conversation to make they agree the repair should free of charge. 4. After about 5 months, my scooter started to fail. The battery reached its limits (finishing after few kilometers) and there was a bad contact that was making it stop working all of a sudden in the middle of the ride. I send to the shop the repair took about 1 month. I receive no feedback on the amount of time it was going to take (even though I expressively asked to send me an estimation once they have it). 5. One week after my scooter came back from the repair, it broke again. I was riding it and suddenly fell down. When I picked it up, I saw the front wheel detached from the vertical bar (shown in the picture). My friend (the bike mechanic) saw corrosion shown in the figure and told me it is probably the cause. I contacted Falcon, to (1) make sure my girlfriend does not fall into the same unfortunate event using her scooter and (2) understand why the event happened (explaining my view that the breakage was responsibility of the shop and/or manufacturer, thus asking for a refund/fix free of charge). In both points I was deeply disappointed with FalconPEV. For (1), they wrote that I "should not to worry about her scooter" because "girls are not as tough as boys", demonstrating a total lack of sense of risk and professionalism. I insisted with them on which kind of checks I would like to be done, but their reply via e-mail was that all they could do to verify the safety was to ride the scooter. For (2) they told me that the next version of the scooter will feature a tougher bar, but offer no help with my current problem.

Amazing, amazing, amazing service! Purchased a new eBike with zero knowledge on understanding the basic of the product. Thankfully there S.K whom assisted me all the way. His knowledge, and flawless thorough explanation on the product was outstanding! He guided me throughout, from the eBike function and to the installment process. His service and integrity is impeccable! Strong work S.K! Product is amazing! Can do both leisure and food delivery with ease. Battery is huge but for the better. Overall the service from the Falcon PEV team is outstanding!

Salespersons were lovely! James and his team were very friendly and answered all my questions. The team ensured that the ebike was ready to go the moment I arrived. Easy to locate the shop. They reply very quick too! The female staff (I didn't get your name!) was pleasant and comfortable to talk to. They had made special arrangements for me to pick up the bike the next day even though I ordered just before midnight the night before. Low interest rates as compared to other shops as well. Was a hassle-free transaction and even received a free gift. Highly recommended! Thank you again! (:
