Fanco Fan Marketing Pte Ltd - #02-03 Mandai Estate

Bought 2 fans on behalf of my father. The fans were defective, produced loud noise during operation. Customer service called to make appointment to take a look at the fans but cannot accommodate to my father's preference. Attitude was bad and seems uninterested to entertain.

Bought 6x E-trinity fans installed in Q4 2018. Picture taken June 2020. Cleaned once every 2 months with damp rags only. Paint quality obviously bad and can't withstand Singapore humid environment. Called/mailed for quote on spare parts of the fan blade, at my expense, was told all AC motor fans have been discontinued, including all spare parts. Supposedly none of the DC fans use the same type of blades/screw holes as E-Trinity wing blade. The E-trinity model 42" itself works well, good speed, nice area coverage, can feel the fan blowing down. 52" however is terrible. Very clear drop in speed and wind blown compared to 42" at all settings. Either their motor engineer made a mistake on their torque requirements to meet the same performance as the smaller model, or management made a decision to sell an inadequate motor knowing there will be performance issues to save cost. Really not sure what happened to Fanco in the past 10 years. Used to be a trusted, reliable brand, now they are leaving money on the table by not even doing a passable aftermarket job, focusing only on selling their remote controls for a $100+, and guess what, without the remote, your fan won't work. Executive Directors need to wake up their idea. TL;DR - Go get your fan at KDK.

Buy at your own risk, spoilt fan delivered, request for refund or exchange but the staff demanded that my contractor to bring the item down to their office to discuss what happen. I have to say it is partially my own fault to just look at prices and not taking into consideration of the reviews. Pls do your own due diligence before purchase

Just installed a 52" ceiling yesterday and the remote control cannot control OFF/ On the fan. Called the Mandai office ( Rose) this morning at 9.44 am SG Time and was told to wait for a call from the service team. Its already 3P.M SG Time and no news from them. 31/5. Utterly disappointed with the service!

F-star fan bought in 2020, LED suddenly failed. Disappointed that LED lasted only 2 yrs. Called to arrange servicing. Happy to know that there is option to just go down and buy the part and self collect, self fix. Lady on phone was polite. Went down immediately and the young girl who helped was polite and efficient. All done in 5 minutes, including testing the new LED.

After reading the threads here, i am convinced that do not EVER Buy a Fanco fan! I bought it just a year and a half, and same problem encounter. My remote got lights but can't change the speed and turning on the lights. Called the main line, and she told me technician can only respond within 7 days. If need to change sensor at the fan and remote, it will cost $125. The whole fan only cost 299 and now have to pay so much within 1 and a half yr old fan. Ridiculous! Buy only if you want the fan to work for you within 1 and a half year!!!! Fanco fan will not work for you for more than that unless you pay extra to change the parts. What a lousy brand ZERO stars

Very poor quality fan. Bought in 2021 and now, either the remote control or the fan is damaged after 1+ year. Can’t turn the fan on properly now using the remote control. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. Shocking. Can’t tell which is damaged and the Fanco staff informed me over the phone that I’d be charged $40 for a technician to come down for inspection and $85 for remote control replacement. If the fan parts require replacement I’ll be charged extra accordingly. Nonsense. How can a ceiling fan fail within 1+ year? Pathetic.

Bought three Fanco ceiling fans. Technician did wrong wiring for one of the fans, but it's still working. The other two fans started having speed control issues after one year. Truly disappointed and let down by this brand.
