★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service at Formosa Travel is very lousy!! I ve made an enquiry on Bangkok and this particular girl name Tina have been v impatient and rude. Yesterday I called them and wanted a quote on Hong Kong trip but was told that somone was busy and she would call me back. No one did and I have to call them back today Friday. Management Kindly send them to attend courses on customer service!!!! So that they know how to deal with enquiries properly. I wouldnt recommend anyone using this Travel agency.
