A little disappointed with the attention given initially when we went for the first fitting session.. probably coz they were fairly busy then. However, our subsequent visits were great and they took time and attention to make sure my suit looked great ! Thank you.

Rented a tuxedo here recently, the service was really good and the boss is very friendly and accommodating to my needs because I’m quite fussy with the length of my sleeves and pants. Best thing here is that everything is customisable and they can alter to fit you perfectly. Saved me so much rather than going to tailor just 1 tuxedo for my event. Highly recommended!

We went with the hopes of finding a suit for a wedding. We had our measurements carefully taken and came back twice to fit and see the adjustments, everything was fine. Then a few days before the wedding we picked up the stuff. On the day of the wedding during fitting, we found out the suit had been changed again without our request (!!) and it fitted NOTHING like what it was after the agreement. It was as if our requests were never made. But what to do on that day? We were deeply disappointed and could never rely on their service again. Proceed with caution and make sure to be meticulous with your measurements & on the day you pick up, make sure to get into the fitting room and check everything one last time before going home with it.

Not sure why is there so many good reviews on this. Will share a personal experience to rent a tux. First session was great, boss is friendly and everything had a pleasant experience. Payment was collected on the first session. On the second session, went for fitting but the tux wasn't fitting to say the least. I reflected and feedbacked that the pants were a abit saggy and loose and the boss told me that it's because I had very small butts. I was wondering if that were to be the case, wouldn't it be factored into the measurement as well. And so I asked to alter it to be tighter but the boss simply took another piece off the racks for me. At this point I was completely exasperated as it was apparent that they did nothing to alter the tux. If they did, why would there be a "better fitting piece" in the entire shop. I asked him that and he just sloppishly replied oh just nice there were similar pieces in the shop. Judgment formed as a result of the experience is boss is irresponsible, and shoves off to the client as being the issue. If you said the tux is ill fitting he would say its just rental mah you can't expect much, and also it's because of your body. But if you questioned him, he would say oh we did the alteration already. So conflicting. You can't get both sides, you either admit you suck or you didn't alter. Won't go back ever again

A fantastic experience for renting a Tuxedo with all the accessories. Kudos to Jimmy Chow your service level and reliability is great. Great value too. Highly recommend

Professional service and hi-quality tuxedos, both custom-tailored as well as for rental. I did the latter, and received compliments all round, here and in the UK black tie event I attended. Rates are reasonable too.
