★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is ridiculous! Today I found a purchase on my Fave app that I bought a movie ticket on 10/2/2019 at 16:34:34 when I was at a gathering with my friends! I had my phone with me and I did not use it at that time indicated! There is no way this could have happened! I am very disappointed that this has happened and no help was rendered except to repeat the standard "sorry but there is no refund and no cancellation" and they advised me to remove my card details from the app to prevent this from happening! So you admit it's your fault now? ??????????
