My wife and I engaged Luke and Michelle to renovate our home after comparing with several IDs. They were recommended by a friend who was very happy with their renovation works. Luke and Michelle were very professional and responsive - constant updates were given to us on the progress of the renovations without us prompting. Three words that I would describe Luke and Michelle, credible, meticulous and proactive. We were introduced to Luke and Michelle from FC design by a close friend of ours. We met them and spoke to them and they really understood what we really wanted in our house. What I love about them was they actually took the time to visit our place before the official transfer of title happened so we don't waste any time and could start work immediately once the legal title was transferred. The 3D rendering was also done as soon as a couple days the moment we decided to sign with them. From what I hear, some IDs may take as long as a couple weeks before reverting on a 3D (bearing in mind in the market we would've already paid 10% deposit of the cost). They were also very proactive in updating me and my wife through the whatsapp group that they created on the progress of our renovation which was great given that we were extremely with other parts of our lives and were not able to come down every other day. I think it's important that your ID picks up your call or replies your messages and Luke and Michelle have not ghosted us even once before. Luke and Michelle basically gave us the feeling that they treated this like their own home as well and ensured that every minute detail were properly handled down to the paint job, the corners of the house that were patched up and even the little holes that were effects of the previous renovation. I also loved the fact that they helped us with coordinating with our water purifier vendor, citygas and also even helped with our furniture colours selection since both me and my wife don't really have good taste. Lastly, I think one extremely important to note was the renovation market now in Singapore is crazy given the shortage of manpower due to COVID. However, with the timeline given to Luke and Michelle (7 weeks), they had no issues completing this at all and they exceeded our expectations as we do not need to deal with the headache of extending our lease in our old place since they could deliver our house with quality. Kudos to both of them and I would definitely recommend them and would go back to them once I have my next renovation project going. :)
