I was trying to get a time sensitive package shipped from Singapore to US dealing with government agencies and the customer service representatives were extremely unhelpful and it felt like I had to pull information from them. The first rep had the audacity to tell me that she’s been on the phone for too long with me, when the conversation could’ve been half the length had she listened to my situation and informed me of my options.
If you want an easy transaction (and more affordable), I recommend DHL. I had to reschedule things to get my documents in time, it even with more time to work with, I decided to give my business to DHL who is much more effective and has better customer service.

Never try FedEx again.. its getting on my nerves
Stop using outsource courier to deliver your package.... they are so unreliable.... bad attitude and unprofessional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to collection point to self collect a document from US to attend a visa interview due to FedEx's delayed delivery!
Call service people who sent a request to the ship center for self collection but couldn't promise me if I can collect. Made 3 phone calls to the service people who delivery messages inconsistently. Really disappointed.
Fortunately, the last service people named Nancy helped to call the ship center and have the document ready at the reception of FedEx Service Room. Finally I collect my document and made it on time to the Interview.
It took me like 5 mins to register at the security place (need package tracking number and personal ID).
