Was surprised to get a call from their guy (Francis) within the same day to respond back to me and offered me a 1-to-1 exchange out of goodwill despite the standard warranty is only 7 days. Great service!

Basically all my servicing, purchases, and delivery were done through whatsapp. The air purifier is also very good. It can detect the air pollution level and auto adjust the fan speed to work harder. It can also detect and let you know when you need to change your filter as well. You can really see the huge amount of dust picked up by the filter once you remove it. Price is on the high side for me, but since it is so good, i now own 3 of these air purifier and never regret buying it! ??
