★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously need to improve the Q system. Those who made appt has to wait for 1 hour + and those who didn't make any appointment get to go ahead of me. This is really not right. Why don't you just go by 'appointment system' and do not allow Walk-in if you cannot manage the Q.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Feng is highly-skilled, meticulous and caring. Been going to him for many years now, the only TCM for me as he really diagnosed me with the right medications based on my health issues.
His new clinic is slightly cramp and got limited spaces, will be good if they expand it to a bigger clinic as their clinic is always packed with many returned / new customers.
