Came across some of FIF's design work on their instagram and decided to go over to the store to shop for furniture. Was looking for sofas for my new house and I am super pleased with the friendly customer service that was provided. More importantly, there are customization options :) Would return if I needed to buy furniture again! Thank you FIF!

Gina’s dining table = 2.1 x 1.2m Italian porcelain. Price ~[$4k] depending on quality of Italian porcelain. Nadia chair PU leather. Used in hotel project $270.

If I could give a 0 star, I would do so. Unfortunately, I can’t. Called in to the showroom and spoke to a sales person name Wilson. He confirmed my order and I have already promised my client on the items. But a week later, I called in to check on the status and to my horror, he said they only left with display piece. Communicated with my client and thankfully they were able to accept. After a few days when I called in again to confirm the delivery, he said the item is OOS ??? How can the item be OOS if he initially promised a display piece??? What was even more upsetting, he was super nonchalant about the entire order and was not willing to give any alternatives and solutions. Please order at your own own risk. Recently heard too many stories about them and how the owner operates the business. The sales person kept changing. Wilson is probably the 4th/5th guy I spoke to over a single order. Overpromise when they couldn’t deliver what they say. Apparently they are operated by the same people behind Furniture Club. Take a look at their reviews and you would understand.

One of the items in my order came super different from what was shown in the showroom!! Super poor workmanship and totally different design as what was proposed. Initial salesperson(Nadia) left around November. Was told that the delivery can only be done end jan to early feb. It’s already end feb, going into march and I am still waiting for my remaining order??! Asked for a refund for the item received and the current sales person(Wilson) refused to give us a definite timeline. Just kept asking us to wait. It’s been more than a week and there is still no answer. Very disappointing service and experience. Will consider reporting to CASE

Came looking for a sofa for my home. Ended up buying the leather sofa because of the sleek design, great quality and high comfiness! Especially thankful to Nadia and Joey for their generous hospitality and assistance in addressing my concerns. Definitely would return to FIF again if I need any other furniture!

Superb place to look for classy, unique, and amazing home furniture. We purchased our dining, coffee table, and sideboard from FIF. We are very happy with our purchase. We worked with Nadia, she was very professional and service-oriented. She also, went out of her way to make some excellent recommendations to help us visualize our purchase in your homes. Which was very helpful, especially when you are spoilt for choices. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After walking the whole of Tan Boon Liat Building one day, I ended up with the Franklin sofa from FIF. Absolutely love it. More than the sofa, kudos to Nadia who has been exceptional in assisting with the purchase, delivery and post-purchase experience!
