β β β β β Went for a Saturday afternoon Muay Thai class with my wife (total beginner). The instructor, Ryan, was extremely patient with her, coaching the basics. By the end of the lesson, she was able to execute punches and kicks smoothly. Advanced techniques were also taught which were practical yet easy to remember, for example 'fake moves'. Side note, Ryan has a witty sense of humor and this made the classes enjoyable and light hearted.

β β β β β The customer service here is really terrible. The one managing the customer service line should be sacked. The trainers are ok. But there is no streaming of beginner and advanced classes. Everyone is going through the same class with no progressive schedule. I would reccomend look elsewhere if you do want learn boxing or mt.
