★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Therapist working on my feet was so strong that she managed to break two toe nails. She lacked control of the nail file and filed so much on the skin surrounding my toenail that I bled. No apologies or acknowledgement of the incident. She just dabbed away the blood with a towel.
Today is day 4 since my treatment and I'm still in pain. She also had a penchant for plucking roughly at my nails, rather than trimming them. She seemed surprised when I pointed out that it hurt and asked her to stop. Strange thing is for someone with that kind of strength, the foot scrub and buffing was incredibly gentle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedicure was decent but They push customers too much on buying a package which is annoying. They also misquoted the price and told me after the pedi I I owed an additional $20 surcharge because of Chinese New Year. Won’t be returning

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrifying service! Staff keep leavi g half way to attend to other matters, Colour wasnt applied evenly. And file even flew into my face! Alot of hard selling even after all the bad service.. Highly not recommended!
Update: gel nail colour started falling off abt 4 days. At least they were willing to do a free touch up but service equally bad! Same lady did my nails. Vey rough when handling till my hands hurt! Pointed out the difference in colour... she just laugh it off. A few days after that touch up, nail colour started peeling again. None of my previous gel colour lasted less than 2 weeks.. Really not worth the $, time n effort to go over

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been twice and will be returning for gel manicure and pedicure. The classic pedicure and foot scrub are well done! The gel manicure is long lasting (three/four weeks). All the staff is very friendly and professional - especially Rung - and it is easy to make an appointment.

When I go for soak off, the therapist happily file away the gel until the gelish is completely gone without putting on the soak off solution. Tbh I could do that for myself too.
